L.A. Pierce College Theatre Arts is proud to announce that 13 students have been invited to compete in the prestigious Irene Ryan Scholarship Auditions for the 54th Annual Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, which will be held virtually Feb. 7-11. This week we're introducing you to our talented student actors. Today we feature our nominees from "The Importance of Being Earnest," which marked our return to live performances in our Performing Arts Center in October, 2021. Congratulations to Kayvan Shai, Robert Dracic and Megan Araneta. Each student prepared two monologues and a scene with a partner for the first round of the competition.
