L.A. Pierce College Theatre Arts is proud to announce that 13 students have been invited to compete in the prestigious Irene Ryan Scholarship Auditions for the 54th Annual Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, which will be held virtually Feb. 7-11. This week we're introducing you to our talented student actors, and today we feature our nominees from "Eight Nights," which we produced in December, 2021. Congratulations to Whitney Evans, Miller Friedman and Laura Lyles, along with Kyle Brasher, who entered the competition as a self-nominee. Each student prepared two monologues and a scene with a partner for the first round of the competition.
Best of luck to all our students! Semi-Finalists will be announced Tuesday, February 8th.
